There are four ways of contacting Mad Dog Drinks Limited. By email, post, telephone or completing one of our on-line contact forms.
 

Order Enquiries

 

For all enquiries relating to orders placed, please telephone us on 0203 589 4592 or use our contact form found here.

All non-order related enquiries please email office@maddogdrinks.co.uk

 

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. GMT (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Any order placed after 12.00 p.m. GMT on Fridays will not be processed until the following business day.  

If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

If you wish to exchange for a different size please include detailed instructions including order number, name, address, and sizing information. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to the address above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

 

If you wish to return your item please send back to the address above. Include a note stating your reason for return. Once we receive your unused item, Mad Dog Drinks will issue a PayPal credit refund.  The shipping cost will not be refunded.  All returns must be returned using a traceable method of delivery.


Shipping

 

All items will shipped either via UKMail, UPS or The Post Office. Costs will be indicated at the checkout webpage and will be included in your total. Where offered, free shipping only applies to England & Wales. Please contact us for overseas enquiries.

All orders normally arrive within 20 business days. You will be notified if there are extended delays.

 

Types of Payment and Transactions

 

We currently accept payments through the Paypal platform which also incorporates Debit & Credit Card payment.  Declined transactions may appear as a charge on your credit card, but these are just pending authorisations to hold charges and they should clear within 7 business days depending on your bank terms.

 

Promotions

 

Any valid coupon codes MUST be entered at the checkout stage, and if valid will be deducted from your purchase. All promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
